Community Networking services provide individualized day activities that support the member’s definition of a meaningful day in an integrated community setting, with persons who are not disabled. If the member requires paid supports to participate/engage once connected with the activity, Community Networking can be used to refer and link the member.
Services are designed to promote maximum participation in community life while developing natural supports within integrated settings.
Community Networking services enable the member to increase or maintain their capacity for independence and develop social roles valued by non-disabled members of the community. As the member gains skills and increase community connections, service hours may fade.

Our family is blessed to have BRC! Everyone is so caring and respectful of all their clients. I am a strong advocate for my son, Titus Jackson, who has autism. As active supporters, along with other families with loved ones with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, we strive to create the best lives for them. We understand the challenges and the rewards of the journey, as we live it every day.
My advocacy began with securing the best educational support for Titus, focusing on his Individualized Education Plan (IEP). He made history as the first I/DD student athlete to participate on his high school’s wrestling team. After years of striving to be his best, Titus achieved a major goal, earning his high school diploma.
After Titus finished high school, I focused on helping Titus become independent and fully integrated into the community. At the age of 23, Titus began receiving services through Bailey’s Respite Care, Inc. (agency provider) and Trillium Health Resources (MCO) with the Innovations Waiver. He now works for a local grocery store, walks to the barbershop, makes financial transactions, participates in conferences side-by-side with me, works out at the local gym, and enjoys networking with others. All small but significant steps toward autonomy and community engagement.
Titus has been a member of Bailey’s Respite Care, Inc. from the beginning. We are thoroughly appreciative of everything they do to support my son and others with I/DD.
