Bailey’s Respite Care, Inc. (BRC, Inc.) plays a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to pursue further education and seamlessly integrate into the wider community. By facilitating their attendance at a local career transition training program, BRC, Inc. leads these individuals to select the training program that is right for them. These training programs will equip our members with essential skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary for greater independence. This support not only fosters personal growth and development, but also paves the way for meaningful engagement and contribution within the community, breaking down barriers, and promoting inclusivity for I/DD individuals.
